4505 Meats began in 2009 with chef and butcher Ryan farr. He started frying up chicharrons in his home kitchen and selling them to local bars for extra cash. The Chicharron became infamase throughout the city and are endearingly known as “crispy clouds of porkaliciousness” Because of their light and airy texture.

Our Chicharron are made from skin from the pig’s Belly and back and all the fat is fried out during the cooking process – resulting in a light, airy, and melt-in-your-mouth texture
